About Us

The Hull Village Association (HVA) was originally founded in 1992 by residents who wanted to create a sense of community spirit and pride within the Village neighborhood. Social events, beautification projects, and acts of community kindness have been bringing us together year after year.

History

Hull Village is the oldest settled portion of Hull, Massachusetts originally settled in 1622 and incorporated in 1644, named after Kingston upon Hull in England. The first European settlers engaged in fishing, trade with the local Wampanoag tribe and salvaging shipwrecks.
